Deluxe corner apartment with riverfront views

Apartment was cozy and clean. Didn’t have a pet but the location across from a dog park would make it very easy to bring one. Kitchen had all the essentials. Parking lot behind lofts provided enough parking for everyone. Just a short walk to restaurants, shops, and bars. Had no isses being next to Perdue factory, such as noise and smell.

The property was way more than expected. It was clean and neat. I expected small but functionable and got way more than that! Plenty of cooking utensils, large kitchen, large living area and a dining table. Very happy with the choice and will frequent those apartments!

Cool apartment very clean. A bit noisy and the beds could be upgraded but other than that overall a cute place to stay.

100% beautiful historic, well kept, clean, wide open rental to fit the masses. Beautiful views of sunrise over the river, close to town and across street from dog park and a yummy restaurant which was so convenient. BUT nowhere in the rental listing did it mention second floor rental. I look specifically for anything without even 5 stairs to enter. Not one but 2 sets of stairs I had to carry my 60lb tripod dog up and down the whole weekend. And the gorgeous windows and breeze off the river is storybook until the smell from the sewage plant a few blocks up starts flooding throughout the windows. The smell of sewage is SO strong it was nauseating, I couldn’t keep the windows open which made me so sad on a beautiful 55 degree evening. I would literally take this apartment and move it to my state and make it home I loved it so much, but the negatives were quite large for me so I couldn’t leave them unmentioned.

Loved the cleanliness and looks ing area but too expensive for what we got. Positive: The spacious family room and easy access to kitchen. Negative: No individual ceilings for privacy. Needs a king size bed - Queen is too small for two people. Outside area in back was not a good first impression- needs to be spruced up .
